This Dutch trio (trumpet/guitar/drums) defies categorization with imaginative compositions and improvisations. Special guest is American saxophone master Chris Cheek, who played with Charlie Haden and Bill Frisell, among others.
Wild Man Conspiracy represents spontaneity, humor, creativity, playfulness and improvisation. The music is poetic and imaginative, the compositions are compact and widely varied, from cinematic and serene to rebellious and disturbing. Featuring established names from Dutch music, Guillermo Celano, Gerard Kleijn and Joost Kesselaar, who can create an orchestral sound with just the three of them.
